  Great burrito but too much packaging. Every meal comes wrapped in foil and in a plastic bag. POOR

  This place is never open at 10am. They might as well say they open at 11am. I literally waited 45 minutes for them to open at 10:45 the other day, not going to say the burrito wasn't worth it but I've actually never wasted so much time in my life. Got here again today and it wasn't only me, a group of blokes tried to get in as I arrived and were left disappointed and burritoless. Open at 10am. Whoever owns this business is losing money.

  I went to this store for the second time ever and i left extremely disappointed. The customer service was terrible, it took ages to receive my food and the only reason i got it is because i asked the staff how much longer my order would be. Then the guy that served me looks along the bench and said here it is. I asked if it had been sitting there for a while and he just said yes and gave me the bag which was really poor given that id already been patiently waiting for 40 minutes. Then when i went to get some napkins the whole area including tooth pick box was covered with spattered sauce. The portion size was also pathetic for price.

  Frequent diner here and the food and service is always of a high standard. Overly priced in my opinion but there is not much competition in the area for them to charge less.
